January 2022: From the President

Let me begin with a Happy New Year to all. 2022 has come in with a roar all across this nation and around the world. The pandemic continues to bring havoc and dismay to many. We have climate change effects with storms of all kinds and store shelves are bare in many places.

However, we are still blessed to be here and continue to keep hope alive. This is the test of our fortitude and our faith. Because of the lessons we were taught, we know how to withstand whatever comes our way.

On the alumni front, we continue to make plans for an in-person Reunion this coming July. At the same time, we are paying close attention to what is happening health wise and being projected as we make our plans.

Our going in backup plan is a hybrid Reunion, which would be a mix of in-person and virtual via some electronic implementation, e. g. ZOOM, WebEx, TEAMS, etc.

So, stay tuned to our webpage for updates. In the meantime, we go forth trusting in our Lord and Savior to lead the way to victory.

Take good of yourselves and keep hope alive.
